In the US, according to this directive since it wasn’t a dirty contaminated wound, up to 10 years after your last tetanus shot (booster) you wouldn’t need one, you would need to if it was a dirty wound
In the Dutch revised 2015 directive it makes no difference whether it is a clean or a contaminated wound, only a booster shot needed if the last shot has been > 10 years ago see Page on www.rivm.nl use Google Translate if needed.
