Here are some ideas:
Do things that require focus in the morning right after you wake up. It’s easier to focus then.
Go running (or do yoga or some other fairly intense, prolonged physical aerobic exercise.) This will help put you in a state where you can focus.
If you are having serious problems focusing, then you can see a doctor and try to get a prescription for Adderall.
